Cancelation Policy
A credit card is required to hold appointments
- Miolooks SalonStudio LLC understands that sometimes schedules change and therefore requests at least 48 hours notice when canceling or rescheduling your appointment. A credit card is required to hold your appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hrs or for which clients are A "no show" it will incur a charge of 100% of the total service amount. If client removes card on file to avoid charge fees client will not be allowed to book any other Appointment in the future.
- Last minute cancellations or rescheduling due to any reason, Miolooks Salon Studio LLC will requiere the client to pay a non refundable 50% deposit of the total service in order to book/reschedule a new appointment.
- Please note that appointments made within 24 hours may instead be canceled or modified at least 3 hrs prior to the appointment time in order to avoid a charge of 50% of the total service amount.
- Please note that if you are over 20 minutes late for your appointment we might have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 20 minutes or more into your scheduled appointment time its considered a no-show and your card will be charged 100% of the service scheduled.
- Miolooks Salon Studio LLC values your time and feels that its fair to honor the same policies we hold to our clients. Should Studio needs to cancel or reschedule your appointment day with less than 8 hours notice (by email-text-or phone call) we will honor 20% off your next identical service and do all we can to reschedule your appointment in a timely manner.
